The right people Key characteristics: Bright, driven, high achiever - with personality. Not afraid of working closely with clients at the senior level. Confident, happy and fun - capable of injecting some humour into the rest of the team. Accomplished qual/ quant research background - ideally in the FMCG sector. Experience with a leading research, branding or innovation consultancy would be highly desirable. For senior positions, experience at director level in a cutting edge highly entrepreneurial agency is essential. Passionate interest in the strategy and innovation sector - able to look beyond insight to think about strategy and solutions. Able to think commercially - spotting opportunities for business development and proactively chasing them to get results.
