Communication Head
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering a wide range of communication services to internal and external clients. Leads the Communications team, and ensures that all presentation materials satisfy clients’ needs.
Account Service
Works closely with the Senior Account Service Executive to identify clients’ needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal and external client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Effectively interacts with other departments to ensure that project deliverables are met
Evaluates deliverables to ensure that they meet clients’ requirements and maintains a high level of quality
Media Management
· Works closely with multi-disciplined teams to provide creative directions and content formulation
· Directs storyboarding/sketches for initial ideas
· Directs coloured sketches/photo montage for content projects
· Creates after effects animation for concept visualizations/product animations
· Plans presentation flow and communication presentation layouts
· Conceptualizes Human Interface Designs (HID) and creates HID elements for software prototyping with engineers
· Conducts constant quality and accuracy checks on all deliverables
· Manages budgets and prioritizes resource allocation to achieve optimum performance of the team
Develops and leads a motivated team
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Industrial Design/Multimedia/Mass Communication
· Proficient in Microsoft office applications software, Photoshop and Illustrator
Working knowledge of Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Maya is highly preferred
· 4 years experience in managing a multi-media team
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Adapt at multi-tasking in a multi-cultural environment and have superior attention to detail
§ Experienced in managing client relationships
§ Some exposure to copywriting would be ideal
· Strong influencer with high energy and drive to succeed
