Accounts Assistant
 

Responsibilities:
• Data entry of stocks in and out of warehouse into excel
• Prepare invoices
• Petty cash and expenses reimbursement.
• Prepare payments to creditors through cheque, Giro, Telegraphic transfer, etc.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivables
• Collection of outstanding debts
• General office admin duties
Requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
• 5.5 days working week
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to local and overseas customers
• Salary: $1,500 - $1,800
• Immediate position
