Planning Executive
Requirement:
To ensure effective inventory levels at Regional Distribution Centre to support SE Asia business through accurate forecasting and purchasing.
To maintain optimum inventory level and data accuracy (Stock) in Singapore and Jakarta warehouses
To performance inventory analysis to decide on the stocking of products for stock and production
To ensure all documentation from production purchase order to invoices are complete and issued on time
To monitor and follow up the performance of on time delivery of vendors, entities and our Jakarta factory for the Regional Distribution Centre.
To plan procurement requirements and inventory management
Willing to travel
Qualification:
Tertiary education in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management from recognized institutions
4 -5 years of relevant experience as a planner, inventory controller or buyer
Possess hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas :
a. Inventory Management
b. MRP background
c. Buying experience
