Supervisor, Inbound Warehouse
Responsibilities:
• (To) plan and coordinate with terminal clearance, trucking and customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution
• Oversee and supervise daily warehouse operations including coordination of work between internal and external personnel (such as proper inventory control, proper releasing of cargoes to other agents and timely submission of documents to billing department)
• Plan and monitor day-to-day manpower schedule
• Ensure compliance to procedures and timely execution of all operations
• Assists his Manager in collating and tabulation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Resolve issues with tact and discretion
Job Requirements
• GCE N/O Level or Diploma in Logistics
• Minimum two (02) years air inbound warehouse experience with supervisory role of small teams
• Excellent team player and able to multi-task
• Independent with strong leadership qualities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin/ Malay
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Working location: Changi
