PURCHASING ASSISTANT
Responsibilities :
• Responsible for purchase administration and order processing using ERP systems.
• Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist the Buyer in project costing reports.
• Liaise with Account Department on payment matters.
Requirements :
• GCE “O/N” Level/ Nitec. Certificate in Purchasing is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS office - Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Preferably with some experience in purchasing functions.
$1.2K - $1.4K (Contract - 1 Year)
