Program Manager

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the line functions in his program.
• Plan, develop, organize and implement numerous tasks for internal departments tailored to the organization’s needs and budget.
• Constant review and initiate improvements on existing operation processes and procedures in line with business dynamics and raising the level of customer’s satisfaction.
• Maintain the lowest operation cost possible at all times.
• Spearhead innovative solution to improve operational excellence and productivity within the program.
• Responsible for staff performance and career development.
• Active participation in staff recruitment to ensure a proper match between department’s requirement and applicant’s ability.
• Play an important role in retaining right people with best fit of job scope and career path in order to farther build strong team who are customer focused.
• Conduct regular communication sessions/ meetings to promote teamwork and program’s overall effectiveness and efficiency.
• Conduct communication sessions on customer service improvement plans.
• Active in assisting General/ Senior Manager in areas of Customer Relationship Management (including regular meetings and entertainment).
• Foster good relationship with customers.
• Ensure quality policy and objectives are understood and complied by staff.
• Escalation point on service deliverables (i.e. failures, enhancements) with customers.

Job Requirements:
• Well-versed in Air Freight Operations
• Degree or Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
• Minimum five (05) year of relevant experience in managerial positions in Logistics industry or equivalent
• Excellent team player and able to multi-task
• Independent with strong leadership qualities
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin/ Malay
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Working location: Changi
