Secretary cum Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial support and assist in day-to-day administrative works
• Coordinate meetings, schedules & calendars
• Screen telephone calls, letters and visitors
• Possess effective planning and organizational skills
• Handle correspondences and enquiries
• Prepare agenda for Management meetings and Minutes taking on a weekly basis
• Any other related duties
Requirements:
• GCE "O"/"N" level with a recognized Private Secretarial Certificate or equivalent qualifications
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Minimum 2 years of administrative or secretarial work experience
• Be meticulous, diligent and pro-active
• Highly adaptable person who is able to perform a variety of tasks
