Position: IT Recruitment Consultant
Responsibilities
· You will be responsible for recruitment of contract IT staff to meet the needs of our organization
Build a strong candidate database through personal contacts and other professional networks.
Source, select & match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, reference check, personality evaluation test, salary negotiations & candidate management
Follow established processes and guidelines and at the same time be responsive to the needs of the requesters for time critical deliveries
The ideal IT Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, recruiting and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
Good negotiation and analytical thinking skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Must have experience working with the IT industry
Must have established networks for IT resource contacts
