Job Responsibilities
Ensure smooth operations on all administrative matters
Purchase and maintain stock level of office stationery, printing, postage and pantries
Handle telephone calls and mails (local & overseas, couriers)
Arrange flight and hotel bookings
Manage expatriate accommodation
Ad-hoc support as and when required
Requirements
Minimum GCE O level
Minimum 2 years experience in administration function
Multi-tasking with positive attitude
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
