Job Description -
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Provide timely quality remote technical support to resolve customers' desktop PC problems via phone.
- Workstation hardware support, Windows 9x, 2000, XP, Lotus Notes client, Outlook, MS office
- Ability to multitask and provide onsite support if required.
- Previous SI experience with industry certification is preferred
- Fresh Graduates in Information technologies are also invited. Training will be provided.
