Job Responsibilities: -
Provide troubleshooting and resolving problems on user desktop related problems.
Knowledge in migration and configuration in Operating Systems.
Installs and supports software, peripheral hardware devices.
Job Requirements: -
Degree/Diploma in IT/ Information System discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an IT environment.
Experience in supporting Windows OS, Anti-virus software.
Candidates with Team Leader qualities and Desktop support experience are welcome to apply.
Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Able to start work soon is an advantage
