Job Scope:-
-Will be involved in all Training functions for the company.
-Working with outsource vendors and assist in coordinating training courses as well as access training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
-Assist in Performance Appraisal exercise, Job Evaluation exercise and any other C&B initiatives.
-Will compile and generate HRD statistical reports.
Requirements:-
-Diploma in any discipline.
-1 year to 2 years of relevant experience in Training and Development.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. |
