Job Scope:-
-Reporting to the GM, Fire Safety.
-Will be responsible for the efficient utilisation and effective deployment of all available resources in the team.
-To ensure our Fire Protection Systems / Projects are promptly delivered within the contractual time frame.
-Achieve key perfomance metrics and indicators by providing excellent customer service.
-Quality delivery and maximum profitability through effective translation of existing orders into revenue.
-Implement Corporate BHS policy and lead in the continuous improvement in process, performance, gap analysis and solutions for the Fire Safety business.
Requirements:-
-Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
-At least 5 years management experience in Fire Protection Systems for the construction industry.
-Systematic, analytical, result-oriented and task driven with good communication skills.
-Good contacts with M&E consultants, main contractors & developers with indepth knowledge of SIA and PSSC terms and conditions.
-Knowledge of contacts with key vendors and sub-contractors for Fire Protection installation works and sub-contractors for Fire Protection installation works would be advantage.
-Good communications skills.
