Job Scope:-
-In charge of renovation and refurbishment work.
-To schedule, monitor and control all projects within deadline.
-Possess good management skills to lead subordinate efficiently.
-Must be willing to handle 2-4 projects at the same time.

Requirements:-
-Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design or Building Management.
-Able to manage contractors and suppliers.
-Proficient in Architecture or M&E.
-Min 3 years or related experience.
-Good knowledge of renovation materials, design, construction and retrofitting works.
-Well-verse in AutoCad.
