Job Scope:-
-In charge of renovation and refurbishment work.
-Schedule, monitor and control all projects within deadline.
-Plan, co-ordinate and control within renovation budget.

Requirements:-
-Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Interior Design or Building Management.
-Min 1 year of relevant experience.
-Proficient in Architecture or M&E.
-Good knowledge of renovation material, design and construction works.
