Job Scope:-
-Provides technical services to the maintenance of mechanical / electrical systems and equipment in the company’s business.
-Carries out routine inspection and servicing of the company’s mechanical / electrical systems and equipment in the company’s premises.
-Attend to complaints from users and carries out minor repairs and simple carpentry work.
-Attends to outside contractors during major repairs or renovation works.
-Assists in the company’s scheduled servicing programme and prepares systems or equipment for periodic inspection as required by statutory regulations.
-Responsible for the smooth operation of the company’s mechanical, electrical systems and equipment
-Ensures building facilities, systems and equipment are maintained in compliance with statutory regulations.

Requirements:-
-NTC 3 Certificate in Air-condition Servicing / Maintenance Fitting.
-Certificate in Electrical Installations.
-Has sound know how in order to trouble-shoot technical problems.
-Resourceful and able to work independently.
