Job scope:
-Monitor and manage day-to-day operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liase with consultants.
-Plan, prepare progress report and implement project work schedule and efficiently meet program of deadlines.
-Supervise and monitor site workforce requirement and ensure safety regulations are complied with.
-Attend project meetings and record of minutes of meeting.
-Resolve any unexpected technical issues and other problem that may arise.
-Check drawings and quantities to ensure accurate calculation.
-Oversee procurement / selection of materials.
-Site and Factory Quality control.
-Market and Site survey.

Requirements:
-Degree in Project Management or equivalent.
-Minimum 4 years site co-ordination experience in I.D. works.
-Well-versed in Microsoft office applications and Microsoft project
-Positive attitude, organized and dedicated.
-Able to work independently and team player.
-Willing to work overseas.
