Job scope:-
-System administration and user administration of the Domain and email system.
-Provide IT advise and recommendation upon request by user.
-Arbitrate and resolve conflicts.
-Work as a team with the Service Delivery Manager, helpdesk on the following :
· Windows Server Management
· Server health check
· Review of Audit logs
· Backup tape management
· Tape restore on ad-hoc basis for production issues
· Install, Move, Add, and Change Services within premises (IMAC)
-Ensure the team is meeting the SLA.

Requirements:-
-Min Diploma in Information Technology or Electronic Engineering.
-At least 3 years experience in Server implementations and IT infrastructure.
-Must have Win 2k/2k3 Server and Active Directory.
-Must have Exchange configuration and migration.
-Must be at least MCSE and CCNA certified.
-Dynamic hardworking and able to work within tight schedule.
-Chinese speaking is preferred.
