Job Scope:-
-Perform reception duties such as answering phone calls.
-Handle incoming calls and emails.
-Direct & drive as appropriate, customer queries to appropriate functions to ensure proper follow-up and closure.
-Administer the company's internal websites and coordinate e-marketing efforts.
-Provides secretarial support to the e-Business team.
-Provide administrative support to the Technical team.
-Provide general administrative support for the company such as handling mails, contacting vendors and suppliers, general filing and data entry, etc.
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
-Overall responsible for all aspects of Admin / Operation functions.
Requirements:-
-At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
-Possess good command of English.
-Able to communicate fluently and confidently on the phone with clients.
-Must be customer-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Must have the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial setting.
-Have a positive working attitude.
-Must be a mature, well-organized, merticulous individual.
-Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills to work as a team.
-Must possess good initiative and is self-motivated to resolve customer issues.
-Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
-Must be able to multi-task and strive under pressure and changes.
-Knowledge in HTML.
-Knowledge of e-Commerce will be an added advantage.
-Pleasant personality and presentable.
