-Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
-8 years experience for Degree holders.
-10 years experience for Diploma holders.
-Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Able to travel.
-Familiar with SIA & other forms of contracts.
-Strong analytical and people management skills.
-Good knowledge of construction technology and costs.
-Good in cost estimates.
-Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint. |
