Job Scope:-
-Develop an on-going training program to strengthen the skills of both
production and non-production staff.
-To broaden the base of skilled workers.
-Develop a program to upgrade the level of professionalism and skills
amongst the stafr.
-In order to achieve the desire targeted certifications.
-Or awards aimed for.
-Implement and continuously monitor the progress of training programs.
-Provide feedback to the management.
-Identify, select and recommend the training parties.
-To work with to conduct customized training programs.
-Identify, select and recommend the fundings.
-Or subsidies available for Human Resource Management.
-Responsible for the successful application of SDF grants.
-Or subsidies on assistance program available.
Requirements:-
-Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/Training & Development.
-Minimum 3 years experience in similar function.
-Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
-Able to work effectively in a team. |
