Job Scope:-
-Responsible for overall direction and control of all Human Resource Services.
-Such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits,
employee communications, training & development, HR information systems
and records.
-Hands-on experience and knowledge of labour/employment law.
-Review HR systems and policies and recommend solutions.
-Proposals for the improvement of HR system.
-Advise and execute company policies and procedures.
Requirements:-
-Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
-At least 5 years in HR management.
-Preferably in manufacturing industry.
-Excellent inter-personal, communication, leadership and organization skills.
-Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
-With the ability to think logically and strategically. |
