Job Scope:-
-Plan, schedule and control the daily operations of the Project and / or Service Sections.
-Manage service personnel in the execution of all in-house service, repair, troubleshooting and assembly works with the desired quality, lowest cost, using the most efficient methods, safest process to ensure prompt delivery.
-Ensure material availability for the jobs in the Project and / or Service Section.
-Initiate, assign work and monitor jobs to the service personnel every morning and throughout the day.
-Initiate corrective actions for non-conforming jobs by liasing with the relevant person involved.
-Prepare the required reports and ensure the discipline of service personnel.
-Initiate recommendation for purchase of service / tooling / work equipment when the need arises.
Requirements:-
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.
-Experience in supervisory and management of projects, people, work processes in a workshop setting.
-Preferable with hands-on hydraulics equipment servicing experience.
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
