Job Scope:-
-Responsible for scheduling and co-ordination of project related activities both internal and external with departmental liason and progress reporting.
-Ensuring the smooth interface of all project activities for work assigned by the General Manager.
-Co-ordinating, directing and administering all activites of the portion of the project degignated by the General Manager.
-Preparing appropriate documentation for the customer and co-ordinating the necessary documentation received from the customer.
-Assisting the General Manager by active participation in identifying any changes to the scope of work instigated by the company Engineering, procurement or manufacturing.
-Responsible for co-ordinating project schedules, for developing collating and monitoring the progress of the engineering, procurement and manufacturing phases of the work.
-Instigating any corrective action necessary when progress is deficient, being present at project and production meetings.
Requirements:-
-2 years experience in project management.
-5 or more years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
