SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
I. Fulfill all front-end requests for customers’ needs expeditiously and accurately.
II. Maintain the RSTS system accurately with timely updates.
III. Handle mails to RO customers and keep them inform for renewal and payment where appropriate
IV. Collect daily mails, sort and route to the relevant parties.
V. Update and maintain RO notice board
VI. Ensure daily mails are processed and timely mailed on a day-to-day basis.
VII. Prepare and ensure the accuracy of the information on the notification letters together with the necessary attachment are sent to customers
VIII. Coordinate with business unit to provide seamless service to client.
IX. Coordinate and ensure sufficient supply of the DP forms, company letterhead, Q-paper, toner, envelopes and stationery.
X. Back up role for cashier’s role when necessary.
XI. Assists in the general office housekeeping.
XII. Any other matters assigned.
