Education & Professional Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree with six to eight years related experience
Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in managing large projects, including the responsibility for staff and budget required.
Must be able to effectively solve client problems while adhering to Convergys policy and objectives.
Must be able to resolve issues within the set time and budget constraints.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer service and detail oriented.
Multi-task and maintain composure in stressful and demanding work environment.
Exercise flexibility and resourcefulness in challenging and /or perplexing situations.
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Demonstrates advanced technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
Must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, judgement, and decision-making skills.
