Job Responsibilities
1. To keep in touch with new developments in the ICT industry and function as the primary liaison for key vendor partners in the structuring of customer solutioning and proposal.
2. Focused on identifying customer’s business challenges and developing strong value propositions to help customers meet their business objectives. Accurately translating customer’s customized requirements into end-to-end System Integration solutions comprising of services, software and hardware from partners to complement standard SingTel services.
3. Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities. Co-ordinate closely with Project Manager to ensure successful implementation of customized solution and handover to operations for post-sales support
4. Prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations. To engage effectively with all levels across a customer’s organization.
5. Work closely with Marketing on programs to generate business opportunities and market demand.
6. To provide quarterly feedbacks to Product Managers on the market’s receptiveness to products and recommendations on enhancements with a view to enhance take-up.
7. To ensure revenue and profit targets are met and where possible, develop risk-sharing arrangements with vendors.
8. To be proficient in the features and benefits of SingTel Managed Services and how these integrate with other SingTel Services.
Job Requirements
1. An affinity and aptitude to keep abreast of the latest technological developments and trends in the ICT industry.
2. A degree or higher with at least 2 years of sales experience in the Telecommunications or IT industries. Solutioning experience or technical certification(s) in IP PBX, Security and IT solutions (hardware and/or software) would be advantageous.
3. Dedicated & excellent team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to conduct high impact presentations to customers.
4. To have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in negotiation, and able to conduct high impact presentations.
5. Possess strong analytical, organizational and planning skills. Able to prepare comprehensive and concise management reports.
6. To be an independent and resourceful team player with a genuine enthusiasm for providing excellent support to internal and external customers.
