Responsibilities
1. Primary responsibility is to collaborate with Business Development Manager (Healthcare) and to deliver marketing plan formulation, development and implementation for SingTel Healthcare solutions.
2. Co-ordination with the Sales/Channel manager to ensure execution of marketing programs.
3. Rally Sales, Business Development, Solution and partners to regularly share ideas and industry best practices as appropriate.
4. Create healthcare value propositions leveraging solutions and partnerships.
5. Responsible for the development of Go-To-Market strategy for the healthcare vertical, including programs, demand generation and messaging, and solution releases.
6. Work with Marketing Communications for engagement with events, web and other communication disciplines as part of the customer journey.
7. Act as a SingTel healthcare evangelist. Participate in industry and customer events, building awareness among business decision makers, and promoting SingTel's leadership and commitment to the industry.
8. Develop a database of customers from various competitions, market price reviews, direct mail campaigns, etc.
9. Liaising with market research partners
10. Manage and track healthcare A&P budget.
11. Manage track and report vertical execution success metrics.
Requirements
1. Healthcare/Pharmacy industry knowledge and experience (preferred).
2. Proven ability to work independently and influence / lead large project teams to desired results.
3. Proven ability to build relationships with peers among SingTel Sales, Channel, Solution and Business Development teams.
4. Demonstrated success working with partners.
5. Exemplary written, oral and interpersonal skills coupled with strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
6. A degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
