Position: Store Manager (Retail)
The Job:
•Oversee and monitor daily operations including manpower management,visual merchandising,customer service,stock control and administration
•Provide support,guidance and training to team members
•Develop operational procedures & work instructions for each service
•Work closely with Marketing,Business Development and Call Centre for program launch
Requirements:
•Diploma/Degree
•More than 3 years operations and customer service experience with min. 1 year in supervisory role;
•Experience in retail/branded consumer product sector an added advantage
•Strong people handling and leadership skills to drive changes and improvements
•Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
•Proficient in MS Word and Excel
