A US Inc. 500 company that researches, develops,and manufactures the world’s leading wellness products with annual sales exceeding US$859 million and growing has job position of HR Manager based in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:
•Manage daily HR operations.
•Implement and review HR policies and
procedures plans and policies.
•Manage full HR functions,
recruitment,compensation and
benefits, payroll etc.
•Manpower planning,succession
planning and recruitment.
•Handling grievances, counseling and
disciplinary inquiry to ensure
progressive discipline is practiced
in the stores.
•Familiar with 'S' Pass, Employment
Pass and Work Permit applications.
•Able to play the advisory role to the
line managers on HR matters.
Requirements:
•Degree in Human Resource Management
or any discipline with at least 4
years of experience in human
resources related position.
•Conversant with local Labour laws and
legislations.
•Possess excellent communications and
interpersonal skills.
•Resourceful,ability to multi-task.
•Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
•Good proficiency in MS Office & Excel
knowledge TIMES Payroll Software a
plus.
•Only Singaporeans & Singapore PR
