Our client is a Swedish MNC in the manufacturing industry with office in Singapore.
We seek to recruit a strong Human Resource Manager to manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
You will lead the local team and plan and manage the full spectrum of HR and office administration activities of the Singapore office. These include timely recruiting of suitably staff, preparing and executing policies, procedures and controls over payroll, personnel matters and daily administration, setting up performance appraisal standards, recommending compensation and benefits, drawing up of company training plan and maintaining of proper records. The manager will also liaise and advise the counterparts in HQ & regional offices from time to time on HR and administration matters.
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or relevant academic qualification in Human Resource
-Minmum 3 years relevant HR work experience in managerial capacity
-Hands-on and results oriented
-Mature and excellent communication skill and leadership
-Fluent in English and Chinese
