Responsibilities:
- Prepare savvy presentation materials (especially powerpoint presentations) regarding company projects to investors/customers/banks/govt authorities
- Assist in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our real estate projects
- Coordinate with our sales and marketing teams in the countries where we operate
- Liaise with external PR and advertising companies
- Prepare periodic newsletters and assist in updating the content of our website
- Building relationships with key customers/investors/govt authorities/media etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience (investor relations/corporate communications preferably in a public listed company or a real estate related company)
- Strong academic credentials (Marketing/business degree from a reputable university)
- Willing to travel up to 20 - 25%
